Delete your account & data

Open thread → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, your memories, threads, and insights, and signs you out. This is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you've uninstalled thread or can't sign in, email hello@nexgenstudio.dev from the email address associated with your account, and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

After deletion, no personal data remains. In a few cases the law requires us to retain a minimal record (for example, financial records needed to resolve a refund or prevent fraud); such records are kept only for the period required and are never used for advertising or marketing.
